預約須知 RESERVATION NOTES
- 客人需要提供名稱，電郵地址，聯絡電話作為登記用途
- 客人需要使用WhatsApp與我們進行預約程序
- 客人需要預先繳付全數，方可預留時間，收到本店聯確認訊息後代表成功預約
- 閣下預留之時段以及治療師/按摩師於改時段未必能一定提供按摩或其他理療服務。 閣下必須提前 24 小時預留好時間進行療程，但 Bre Lab 不能保證所有請求的日期和時間都可用。
- 抵達本店後客人必須如實填寫表格，告知是否有長期病患或服用任何藥物等
- 請於療程進行前1小時避免進食，以達致最佳效果
- 如有任何更改/取消，星期一至五的預約請至少24小時前通知我們，星期六日及公眾假期的預約請至少48小時前通知我們
- 請準時到達，否則項目時間有可能相應縮短
- 本店不設任何退款
- 疫苗通行證要求: 據政府要求，2022年5月31號起疫苗通行證適用人士必須接種三劑疫苗。接種第二劑疫苗後未滿六個月的疫苗通行證則仍然有效
- Client’s name, phone number and e-mail address are required to make a reservation.
- Clients may book via WhatsApp at 9602 9876.
- Service costs must be prepaid in full for all reservations.
- Sessions and technicians/masseur are not available at all times. Please schedule each service at least 24 hours in advance. All services and special requests are subject to availability at time of reservation.
- Upon arrival, client must truthfully complete a form regarding their medical history.
- For best results, we kindly ask that you refrain from eating 1 hour prior your appointment.
- If you wish to change or cancel your appointments scheduled on Monday to Friday, please notify us no less than 24 hours prior to your booking. For appointments scheduled on Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays, please notify us no less than 48 hours prior to your booking.
- Please arrive on time. Treatment time might be shortened in case of late arrival.
- Bre Lab will not offer any refunds.
- Vaccine Pass requirement: Starting from 31 May 2022, all applicable individuals in general (except certain special groups) under Vaccine Pass will need to have received the third dose. For individuals who have just received the second dose, vaccine pass is only valid for six months.
